ARBITRATION, MEDIATION, ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The firm offers the extensive experience and skills of Thomas B. Cummings as an arbitrator or mediator. Mr. Cummings was appointed as arbitrator by Judge Robert Wenke in 1974 to the Los Angeles Attorney Special Arbitration Program, which was the first California Arbitration Program. He served in the Los Angeles Program until 1978. Mr. Cummings was appointed as an arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem by Judge Byron McMillan in the Orange County Arbitration and Mandatory Settlement Conference Program in 1977. He continues to be involved in the Orange County Superior Court Programs to the present time.

Mr. Cummings is available to serve in any capacity to help others in the resolution of their disputes that are either in litigation or in a pre-litigation status.
